It´s been so quiet around here for so long…

I have been in the process of restarting my food presence on the internet for quite a while, but the main reason for not doing it earlier was that the kitchen in out old apartment was really bad to produce cooking videos.
But thats all in the past now, we moved in the start of march and now we have a wonderful kitchen and balcony extension that means there are no more excuses

The good part is that I have not been idle, I have practiced and refined both skill and recipes, so there are a lot in the pipeline.
As you might know most of my food sharing have been with fish recipes, because I have had the desire to get more people to eat fish, but with this relaunch the plan is to make a lot of meat dishes as well. Both classic danish recipes, but also what ever else I like to make here at home.

The main thing is I want you all to take part in and share my passion for good food and my motto and mission statement is: “it takes just as long to make bad food as it takes to make delicious food, so make it delicious!”
