To sous vide or not sous vide?

I bought my sous vide thingie several years ago and to be honest I havent really been that big a fan of using it.
But since I bought my new grill after we moved and got more space outside I wanted to compare steaks that got the sous vide treatment compared to a “regular” steak both finished on the Sizzlezone on the Napoleon Rogue 525 SE

So I made a video where I do both and we do a taste test afterwards.
