Karbaks kitchen (køkken), what is that?

2 years ago I made a Facebook page for Karbak, the ship I work on. I started with a video when we left port in pretty bad weather on my personal profile and because it got 35.000 views in a day we sort of figured out that people where interested in what we do out here in the north sea...

So we posted videos and pictures from the ship including what we where having for dinner now and then, and often when we posted that we where having fish people asked for recipes.

We started making videos about how we cook the fish we catch and since it was clear that people liked it, I and the rest of the crew have posted recipes for almost 2 years now.

The first video we made where I make fish and chips. I you look carefully you will notice that it was pretty bad weather while we made this and the ship moved quite a lot.

So far all the videos have been in danish, and unless this english part of the blog really gets popular thats how it will stay.
But I will try and make subtitles where appropriate.

With this blog I now have a far better way of translating the recipes into english, with the optional video in danish as an added extra.

So I will try and translate the existing and coming recipes to english so you all have a chance to eat like we do out here on Karbak!
